PCIe Gen4 Transceiver AMI Model

To whom it may concern,

I would like to utilise Intel FPGA AMI models to run Signal Integrity simulation for PCIe Gen4 portion (16GT/s). PCI Express IP page mentioned that only Stratix10 and Agilex supports PCIe Gen4. However, there is a mention in Download Center that to be able to download AMI models for Stratix10 and Agilex, i need to request it from Support Team. 

Could someone please me how do i find and/or contact the Support team to request for aforementioned AMI models?
