Hi Tech Support,
Good day.
Need support on part# PL-USB2-BLASTER.
Customer found it can't be detected by Windows 10 Device Manager.
We had suggest customer to follow community suggestion but it doesn't working.
-> Why does the Intel_ FPGA Download Cables drivers installation fail on Windows* operating system?
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/articles/000086243.html
Customer also found above issue was happened before Rev 20.4.
They installed latest revision and it should be fixed.
In the end they borrow another same PL-USB2-BLASTER which is working from another PC.
It works so they consider is this new part are defective?
Do you have further suggestion of this issue?
Thanks,
Chris
