Packet loss is high in Cyclone V SoC ethernet test

I am running a test on HPS ethernet. I noticed there is a high number of lost packets. Please let me know how to solve this issue.

may I know if this is a development kit? or your own custom board?

Next, I would like to know which EMAC core did you use?

Is this MAC connected directly to an external PHY or routed to FPGA?

I am using DE10 Nano SoC development kit. I made few changes to linux kernel and made a custom one. I used ping to test.
