Hello,

I'm looking for the mechanical characteristics of product number AGIB027R31B2E2VR0. I'm trying to get stencil information for reballing and solder rework, but the public datasheet only has electrical information. I was instructed by support to ask here for assistance.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

That link requires me to login, but I don't have an account for whatever service it's looking for. I tried this intel account, and it didn't work.
