I have problem to find the pin assignment for the SD-card on the DE2-70 development board. I want to connect to the SD-Card without using the Nios II.
Anyone have a clue which pin to use? /ErikLink Copied

Hi...
just wondering: can those pins also be used for the DE1 board? I've been having the hardest time finding any documentation on that... Thanks a lot, Maui- Mark as New

I am trying to interface the University IP SD Card Interface with the DE0 board.
As far as I can tell there are two PDF's, one from 2009 and the other from 2011 Both come up on Google, and it took me a while to realise there were two. The 2009 version lists the pins for the DE1, 2 and 3. The 2011 version lists DE0, 1, 2, 2-70, 2-115, 3 and 4. ftp://ftp.altera.com/up/pub/university_program_ip_cores/90/sd_card_interface_for_sopc_builder.pdf ftp://ftp.altera.com/up/pub/altera_material/11.0/university_program_ip_cores/memory/sd_card_interface_for_sopc_builder.pdf I'm struggling to get the IP to detect the device. Will start a new thread now. =) Pete
