Please provide installer package or design examples for Stratix 10 MX FPGA Development Kit 16GB version.

There are installer packages which include BTS and example designs on the website:

​However, those files are based on 8GB HBM version (device: 1SM21B***).

The kit we have bought is 16GB HBM version (device: 1SM21C***), so we cannot use the package.

Please provide a package for 16GB version.

Thanks for update. The installer package for 16G HBM is still under engineering testing and not yet release to public. We will inform you of any changes.

Could you provide the device name?

I've sent the serial number to you by message.

The device name should be 1SM21CHU****, but we don't know the exact speed grade.

We need the exact device name when using Quartus.

Add some further information.

We used Quartus v19.3,

and Programmer could detect the device as the following figure.

We are not sure which one is correct.

Besides, when we opened a new project, the device list we could choose is shown as following figure.

It's a bit different from the above detected name.

And we also don't know which one we should choose.

​We tried and got a warning message as follows.

And then the programming process failed.
