Program LMK04828 Clock Cleaner on Arria 10 SoC Dev Kit

I would like to program the Jitter clean (LMK04828) in the Arria 10 SoC Dev kit... It seems from other posts that this software need to be requested. Please send me a copy of the software to program the jitter cleaner.

We also want to use the LMK04828 on the Arria 10 SoC devkit and would need to change its configuration. Can you please provide the necessary info and software?
