QSPI in the MAX 10 FPGA

I'm just starting with FPGA development.

 

In a MAX 10 family FPGA, can I have a QSPI communication to receive data in time to perform a power switch modulation and also use this same communication channel to remotely update the Firmware of this FPGA?

To interact with QSPI, you may use serial flash IP for that. Check out the user guide at link below:
