Can I use the Intel FPGA Download Cable II cable to connect the Agilex 7 F-series FPGA development kit's SDM JTAG for Quartus prime pro device programming?

Hello,

Do you mean USB Blaster II Programming Cable ? Yes you can use USB Blaster II programming cable for Agilex devkit.

You need to connect to the 10pin JTAG header on the Agilex devkit.
