QuartusII fails Compilation after a component removed from SOPC

Hi,

If a component is removed from SOPC builder, then it is regenerated by SOPC builder, QuartusII fails compilation.

The errors are Port or other things of the removed component is still in the .v file. I have to manually remove those lines. But I thought it should have a way to re-instantiate the system. Can anyone give me some hints that what commands or scripts need to be regenerated or updated?

Thank you,

you will have to remove any removed signals from the instantiation of the SOPC Builder module manually
