Question about DVI RX controller for an all DVI system

Hi,

We are using the Stratix II GX audio video development kit for a HD video project and we are interested in getting an all DVI system. In Altera's document AN542 for HD video monitoring design http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an542.pdf it is said that

"An all DVI system is much simpler and can be produced by the following steps:

1. Replace the SDI MegaCore function with a DVI RX Controller. "

The problem is that we have struggled in weeks but can not find the DVI RX Controller IP or source file. We have contacted altera mysupport and it seems that they are not sure about how to find it either (which to me is a little strange...) I am just wondering if anyone has some experience about the DVI RX controller and any tips are greatly appreciated.
