I have MPN: RC28F320J3D-75 .
We do need the leaded version which is supposed to be the prefix RC. However, the marking does not show the RC. Marking is only: 28F320J3D-75
Further marking is:
A8067148
Z8062034A
How do we know that this is the leaded version?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting Intel community.
RC28F320J3D-75 is Micron flash and not from Intel FPGA. Perhaps you can refer to Micron support for this issue.
I will proceed to close this case.
Thanks.
Regards,
Aiman

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
The original manufacturer was Intel (see attached PDF). We need to identify some flash components which are offered to us.
We need the leaded version which is supposed to be marked with the prefix RC. However, the marking does not show the RC. The marking is only: 28F320J3D-75 (see attached JPG)
Further labeling is:
A8067148
Z8062034A
How can we identify if we have the leaded version or not? Does Intel have any information for downloading?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Sepp
