Thanks for your quick support. I am looking for 484 pin BGA with 0.5m pitch.

If you have any reference design, kindly share with me. that will help to do the fanout.

unfortunately, we don't provide layout design examples other than our development kit layout. 

you may find the cyclone v development kit layout file in this link:

http://fpgadownload.intel.com/outgoing/devkit/13.0/cycloneVGT_5cgtfd9ef35_fpga_v13.0.0.1.exe

 

Hope this can help you out on how we fanout the signals for Cyclone V devices.
