Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I use your product Intel Cyclone 10 LP FPGA (https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/products/details/fpga/cyclone/10/lp.html) for my application. This component is used to carry out various safety functions. In order to determine a safety level according to the 61508 or 13849 standard, I need the failure rates of these components (MTTFd, FIT, ...).
