Could we learn the reliability data (FIT: failure in time) of Intel® Stratix® 10 GX/SX Device in terms of temperature, activation energy, and confidence level?

Regarding the request for the FIT value of Stratix® 10 GX/SX Device. Below are the details for the FIT value.

FIT= 34.3 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.

Activation Energy Ea=0.7
