I am searching for a replacement part for EPM7064STI44-7, which has been discontinued. I have attached the data sheet below, and the part description is EE PLD, 7.5ns, 64-Cell, CMOS, PQFP44, or "PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC DEVICE." I have attached the related datasheet. Please let me know if there are any alternatives.

Thank you,

Tara

What are the requirements for your replacement part?

Is this for an existing design or a new design?

Same package and/or pinout?

Same I/O compatibility (ie, 5V CMOS)?

Something in the MAX family: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable/max-series.html

is probably your best bet for a close approximation. Doubt very much you will find any exact replacement (pinout/package).

Hi ,

There is no pin to pin replacement for Max 7000, you can consider Max 5 as an replacement option.
