Replacement for Part EPM7064STI44-7

​I am searching for a replacement part for EPM7064STI44-7, which has been discontinued. I have attached the data sheet below, and the part description is EE PLD, 7.5ns, 64-Cell, CMOS, PQFP44, or "PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC DEVICE." I have attached the related datasheet. Please let me know if there are any alternatives.

What are the requirements for your replacement part?

Is this for an existing design or a new design?

Same package and/or pinout?

Same I/O compatibility (ie, 5V CMOS)?

is probably your best bet for a close approximation. Doubt very much you will find any exact replacement (pinout/package).

There is no pin to pin replacement for Max 7000, you can consider Max 5 as an replacement option.
