I would like to request a CAD model for the STRATIX 10 GX FPGA with part number: 1SG040HH3F35E3XG

If there are no CAD models available, I would appreciate it if I could be given the dimensions of this part so that I can create a CAD model of my own.

We do not support CAD symbol, only Cadence Capture CIS schematic symbol (olb. format) for Stratix 10. The symbol generates based on devices pinout files (i) and uploaded to (ii)
