SOF to POF conversion failure

I am using following user guide https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-dex-ptile-pcie-avst.pdf

I was able to generate SOF file without any issue. I have s10 dx kit with 1SD280PT2F55E2VGS1 part. the same part was selected while creating the project. (i double checked)

while creating POF file i ran into error; the screenshot is attached.

furthermore i find out that while generating POF file, the GUI displays wrong part number. (screenshot attached)

can you help me move past this error; so i can generate POF file

Hi Ankit,

From the error message, seems like you are configurating Active serial configuration mode in quartus design. Can you please change to AVST x8 in Quartus? To do so, go to Assignment -> Device -> Device and pins options -> Configuratio -> Configuration Schema.
