Hi,
My Stratix 10 FPGA Development kit is getting heated and getting turned off after ~30 mins .
I have tried removing fan and applying thermal paste but I do not see any change .
It's a brand new FPGA board.
Thanks,
Vivek

Hello,
Welcome to INTEL forum. May we confirm is this the board that you use? ES or Production board?

Hi
Thanks for update. We can help you with board RMA (return merchandise authorization). Before getting the defective board to RMA. Intel requires details information for RMA (Failure Analysis) request. Please help to answer questions below in order for us to better understand your position.
1. When did the failure happen? How you discover the failure?
2. How did you determine the failure? Please elaborate the procedures.
3. Does the failure unit ever working before failure?
4. Did you swap the failure board with a known good board? Result?
Thank you
