Hi,
I have a Stratix 10 FPGA and it can't power on now. We are trying to see the warranty information of the board but we just can't find that on this link
https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US
We have our S/N and P/N, but it doesn't tell if it's under warranty.
Please help us to resolve this and how to raise a ticket for repair.
