Stratix 10 GX Power Issuse (Request Intel Employee Help)

Hi, 

I have a Stratix 10 FPGA and it can't power on now. I had a post before for the help of warranty & repair information. It has been a week and I still didn't get any reply, I wonder is there any Intel person who can help me on these information or help me debug what's the problem?

You should contact the distributor from which you purchased the hardware for exact warranty information. If you need to file RMA, refer to the link below:

Hi Tong Liu

I got an update that the link provided previously has been outdated. We had issue a remove on the link. The Dev kit warranty coverage has extended from 90 days to 1 year. 

 

Can you provide us the Dev kit serial number? Also can you provide us your debug justification for RMA claim? For example which guide you are following and at which stage the card is booted?
