The Ethernet ports of MAX 10 Development Kit suddenly stopped working.

The Ethernet ports of the boards no longer work. In the past I had a lot of problems to set up the ports as they were not working neither. After some time I discovered that I needed to press the reset button in order to link the port (when this happens a Green LED is turned ON on the port).

Now the ports are not working again, and the reset button doesn't work anymore as a workaround. Any ideas?

Hi, May I know did you face the issue with your own design or using Intel FPGA TSE IP reference design ? Can you try with below TSE reference design ? https://fpgacloud.intel.com/devstore/platform/16.0.0/Standard/max-10-single-port-triple-speed-ethernet-and-on-board-phy-chip-design-example/ This should help to isolate whether the issue is with the board, RJ45 connector, Ethernet cable or Quartus design issue.
