What OS are you using? I am guessing Windows 11.

Thanks for your comments. I am using Win10 Pro. Thanks for the link. I will check it again. I believe that the USB port installation should be straight forward but I got the issue continuously, the latest Quartus Prime Pro version 22.3 and this 20.4. Actually I have asked for the replacement to Mouser, since there is the basic USB port issue, so that I can't program the Arria 10GX FPGA at all. Mouser wants to have Intel's confirmation of the defected USB port. I am not sure who can identify the defective USB port so that I can have the replacement from Mouser? I would like to have Intel's confirmation.

Thanks ak6dn and sstrell for the information. Yeah, it works well after the patch installation. USB detected JTAG cable and programmed successfully.
