Anyone know why outputs that are not assigned in the programming of the kit end up displaying. For example ONLY pin ae23 LEDR0 is assigned to a counter output OP[3] but unassigned LED3 is blinking (different rate). Unused Pins was set to input tri-stated so that is not an issue. Sometimes 7-seg segments will light randomly - like just one of them. Once with a 50 MHz clock divider I had many LEDs lit that were not assigned. And there were others cases.
