Does anyone know the history of the Stratix GX part? EP1SGX40GF1020I and

EP1SGX40GF1020C; was there a dimensional/pitch change in the FPGA?

Hi Heidi,

There are few changes on the wafer, flip-chip package and etc on stratix device.
