Which version of Quartus do you use with an Arria 10 Development Kit 1 YR License

I generated a license for my Arria 10 Development kit at the licensing center. I downloaded the latest Quartus Prime Standard V21.1.1 and installed. When I point to the license file, nothing shows up "Licensed..." window. I double checked the NIC ID in the license file matches my host. Tried to contact Intel-Altera support but just get an error message when I go to open a ticket. Any help greatly appreciated.

Sidenote: Arria 10 is one of the few devices supported in both Standard and Pro.  That doesn't help your license issue, but you can take advantage of the added features of Pro once you get the license issue sorted out.
