cyclone3 nios2 starter board to connect LCD daughtercard

Hello, 

I want to control lcd daughtercard use the starter board. 

I run the CIII_HMB_EEPROM but download code fail everytime.I don't know why. 

And I use my own quartus system and make a nios project to light LCD. 

But I failed. 

The file in ..\cycloneiii_3c25_niosii_eval\board_design_files 

\assembly\lcd_multimedia_daughtercard\maxii 

how to use. 

I express complexly. But I wish someone can understand it and help me!
