failed when download the "BeMicro_9.1.zip" file from Arrow website

Could anyone tell me how to download the BeMicro_91.zip file? 

 

I have try to download this file from Arrow website, but i failed several times during the download, it will said" faild to the server". 

 

I am boring with it, does anyone know some better way to download it?
