how to generate the license from altera websit

Hi, Sir/Miss 

 

we have bought two Cyclone III dev kit from Cytech.inc. but until now I can not create license from altera website (self service licensing center). my account is steven.tian, and my email address is: ytian@symmetricom.com. 

 

Anyboy can help me to sovle this problem?
