Hi,

May I know what version and edition of the software you are using? Do you see any error messages?

Thanks.

Hi ,

i have quartus II 14.0 and AOCL 14.0 too

I was working with this version , everything was okay until i formatted my laptop.

I compiled a lot of kernels with Altera Offline Compiler (AOC)  and i made them run in DE1SoC

I still have my licenses .

Hi MAyou ,

Have you try using the latest version of the software, v18.1?

Thanks

Hi YY,

Not yet.

I have to fix this license problem because i already got it 3 months ago, so it’s still available.

Thanks.

i thought that problem was from my laptop's name cause it was changed after the formating, so i updated my license for generating another one with my new laptop name's , but sadly not working

Hi, Can you check if the Host ID in the license file is the same as the Host ID for your new laptop? Can you share the license.dat file or upgrade to the latest version as the OpenCL SDK in the latest version does not require additional license if you have the Intel Quartus Prime software license. Thanks.
