i try with cyclon 10 evm to put open drain pin with quartus prime lite edition with pin planner and I don't have idea to do it. when I used in assignment editor put in this pin assignment name auto open drain pins on I in the compilation have an error

Usually you can set in the In Quartus II assignment editor, you can set the pin as auto open drain. 

You can also set it in *.qsf file: set_instance_assignment -name AUTO_OPEN_DRAIN_PINS ON -to XXXXX
