正确的?我已经按照<Pin Information for the Cyclone® IV EP4CE30 Device Version 1.2 >设计了PCB板,并且元件已经焊

Hi,

1. Follow the latest version of pin-outs version 1.3 (XLS).
2. According to the pin-outs version 1.3 (XLS) both U17 and V17 pin are ground pin.
3. Connect both pins to ground (GND).
