qdb文件导入出错

京东方在使用第三方的一个IP时，将qdb文件导入后综合，出现以下错误，这不太明白咋回事，看着像QDB文件提供方直接导了个完整工程出来了。

Error(18633): The Quartus Database File "SiW_CEDS_TOP_synthesized.qdb" contains a full design and cannot be imported with the import_block command, or as a QDB File Partition assignment.

Are you using the inport_block command to import the qdb file? To import the Quartus Database File contains a full design, use the import_design command.
