QUESTION:

Dear TH,
Based on the statement you have shared, you have Quartus Prime Pro, that's mean you have Questa*-Intel® FPGA Edition which is fe not the fse. - You may want to change your usage to fe instead of fse.
If you do not have the license for fe, and willing to use fse, you need to generate free license from https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/
Thank you.

Your response is confusing. Will the free license work for compiling and running systemC?
