Please help to check is it all below MPN have same tray size, tray Matrix Row-Column & same orientation ?

Is it all below parts are 324-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA) with tray size 19mmx19mm (Daewon 12U-1919-GXX), tray matrix row-column ( 6x14)?

Regarding your question, yes, I can confirm that all of the listed MPN have the same tray size which is 19mmx19mm, 324-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA) and can have total of 84 unit per tray as refer in the Application Notes (AN-071). You can obtained the Application Notes here Intel® FPGA Package and Thermal Information
