DDR3/DDR4 RDIMM & LRDIMM Control Word Configuration
This tool can be used to help determine the Control Words necessary during EMIF IP generation for RDIMM and LRDIMM
- The HTML tool can be used in IE, Chrome, and Firefox
- DDR3/DDR4 RDIMM/LRDIMM Input textbox during EMIF IP Generation
Getting Started
- Click on one of the choices. (We'll use DDR4 RDIMM as an example) rlrdimm-choose.jpg
- Begin to fill out the required Control Words that are highlighted in red. After setting your RC, the tool will jump to the next required Control Word for you. rlrdimm-choose.jpg
- After filling out the required Control Words (they should all have black headers), click Generate CW to generate your entire Control Word rlrdimm-red.jpg
- The Control Word can now be entered into the IP generation window for proper RDIMM/LRDIMM configuration. You can also restart the tool by clicking Restart and beginning from the top again rlrdimm-gen.jpg
