Hello, intel hardware engineers and software developers:

I received my newly bought intel Arc A750 graphic card recently, and then I installed the drivers correctly according to the official operation instructions. I am a 3D designer , and I use Adobe Photoshop 2024,  a lot in my daily work. However, when I used Photoshop, I found this GPU not support. I suspect that the driver of the graphics card has not developed and optimized it. Could you please check whether this problem exists and how to solve it? Because it's a very big issue for me and 3D designer .  I am using a750 for 4 months,

My Current driver version 31.0.101.5448

Please Help me as early as possible

Hello Nayempid,

Thank you for posting in the communities. To identify the cause of the error message, I want to determine the specific system that you are using. As such , please share with us your SSU logs. Additionally, were you able to use the Adobe Photoshop 2024 before? What version of this software is currently installed in your system? I also noticed it mention the Performance Preferences settings. Would you be able to show us a screenshot of this as well? I will be waiting for your reply.
