La luz indicadora de wifi activo no se apaga nunca, siempre esta encendida aunque la wifi este apagada

Mi pregunta es la siguiente:

Es posible que la luz indicadora de WiFi este activada siempre porque la gestión de esta la la lleva a cabo la controladora de red????

Si es así, hay alguna posibilidad de solucionar este "problema" con alguna actualización?
