Other devices - BSD, NC, PC, SIC - missing drivers

Hi,
I've experienced random power outages with my PC and have attempted a few fixtures. The power supply was replaced recently so this is not the reason. I have however spotted numerous missing drivers for:
Base System Device(s) - in the region of about 40/50 on the list
Network Contropller - 1
Performance Counters - 7
System Interrupt Controller - 4

Current research brought me here thinking that it may be the cause of this issue.

Running on Win11 family.

Has anyone got any solution to this?
