Spider horse textures in Ghost Of Tsushima

The horses in the intro of the game transformed into Spiders. The tail is most probably going wild.
 
I am playing in 1920x1080
XeSS and AMD FSR enabled
This glitch is present in every graphics preset

As i played further, i've noticed that this thing happens with every hair-like object
