What is the Intel Arc pro b60 "FP64" performance?

All review sites claim that the Intel Arc pro b60 has FP64 performance that is 1/4 of the FP32 performance. Where does this claim originate? I see it repeated everywhere, yet not in Intel specs on the "Intel Arc pro b60".
