Counter Strike 2

hi,  the GPU doesnt utlilize itself for counter strike 2 .(20-30% usage)

also add custom resolution recording feature in arc control.

still getting 50 fps in 1080p low settings.

add a feature in which you can utilize GPU/CPU usage by yourself in ARC control.

add ultra low latency mode pls.
