We understand you are experiencing issues with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics while playing FIFA 23, we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please answer the following:
· What is the game service distribution?
· What are the game resolution and settings?
· Does it show any error code?
· What was the latest known working driver?
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center

Resolution for game is 1368 and at low setting with lock on 60 fps
At times it shows a direct x error whereby it says could not allocate enough memory and at times it just crashes
The previous working update was 4826. It crashes on 4953
I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond on time
