I'm using the Gigabyte G5 MF Gaming Laptop and it supports DTS:X Ultra, but it keep saying "Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls" when I try to use the app. I've done some research and I found that my laptop is missing DtsApo4Service in the services tab. I've tried to reinstall the app but DtsApo4Service doesn't seem to be there. What should I do now?

Hello ItzKhoaVN,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having issues with headphones being recognized by the DTS: X Ultra tool.
In this case, I can recommend keeping your system up to date (driver, operating system, BIOS, etc) and if the issue persists try to get in contact with the tool developer to confirm instructions and steps to troubleshoot this issue.
Since this is not an Intel tool, you may want to check with Gigabyte to confirm compatibility with the tool and headphones.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Regards,
Deivid A.
