Hi! Since the last update of Fornite (Chapter 4) I could enter the game without any problem, but with new updates of my laptop, the game started to crash every single time I wanted to enter Battle Royale. It is weird because I have other games and they run without a problem.
I already contacted Epic Games looking for a solution, I did every single thing they suggested but nothing happened. They informed me that there is nothing wrong from their part, so I concluded that I have the problem. My laptop is an:
- Processor- Intel® Core™ i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz
- Graphics- Intel® UHD Graphics
- Memory- 8 GB
Epic already checked the requirements of my device to run Fornite and said they were enough. I don't know what else to do or if I need an upgrade or what.
Please, help me
Thanks a lot
