About a month ago fortnite was working fine but once i updated to the newer drivers as usual it started crashing the only way to fix it is to downgrade the driver version to 32.0.101.6078 WHQL certified or lower is there any way to fix this because my fps is not too good on older drivers.

Hi David63,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing issues with your system. To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below.
- May I know the make and model of your processor?
- Is your system a laptop or a desktop? if it's a laptop, may I know the make and model of it?
- When you download the latest graphics drivers, do you use Intel DDU to perform clean installation?
- May I know your game settings on Fortnite, for us to try and replicate the issue on our end.
We will be able to move forward with the following step and try to address the problem you are having once we receive this information.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hi David63,
Thank you for sharing this information.
No worries, I will further investigate on this internally.
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hi David63,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
To further troubleshoot the issue, can you provide the following details:
1. Windows Event Viewer logs, specifically the 'Application' and 'System' logs.
2. Game logs, if possible.
3. DirectX logs. For reference, you can share our guide on 'How to Extract Information from the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.'

Try following these steps on how to get the event logs:

Select the type of logs that you must export:
- Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, or 7:
Save the log:
- Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, or 7: Action - > Save All Events As….

Hi David63,
Thank you for patiently waiting, just want to confirm, when getting the event logs, did you zip the file?
Please note that .evtx files cannot be uploaded directly here. You may try either zip the file or use Google Drive or any cloud storage service to share the file with us.
Best regards,
Earl E.
