Fortnite crashing

Hi, I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro and wanted to test Fortnite on the computer. Unfortunately, the game keeps crashing at the same time: when I want to restart a game without going to the lobby. I have an Intel Iris Xe graphics card, and I have already tried the manipulations recommended by Epic Game without success. They advised me to contact Intel support.


My problem resembles a topic already posted, but without a solution offered: "Fortnite keep crashing with intel iris xe graphics"

Can anybody help me ?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Fortnite. We will be more than happy to assist you.

In order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

 

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center

Attached is the report on the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. For the second report with Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center, the program tells me that creating the bug report is impossible.

Thank you for the report.

 

Please make sure everything is up to date in your Samsung Update tool. (including BIOS and Graphics driver).

 

If the issue persists, please try our latest generic graphics driver 31.0.101.4885.
