I5 1135g7 with intel iris xe issues

Hi, i have a samsung galaxy book with:
cpu i5 1135g7
intel iris xe gpu
ram 8gb ddr4
ssd 256gb
I bought this pc about a year ago.
I use it to program and sometimes to play some kind of game (like fortnite, apex legendes, minecraft java where I specify that the lunar client gives me problems with drop frames that go down to 10 fps, where I normally do 500 fps even though I have solved by changing client...; and some other games...).
As soon as I bought it, it didn't give me any problems, but then towards the beginning of January 2023 and December 2022, with the new driver that was released in that period of time, fortnite broke completely (as soon as I entered it, it crashed instantly) where I then solved it with the forced installation of the old driver, but then about a month later when epic updated fortnite to unreal engine 5 fortnite became unplayable (even putting the new drivers), where before I was able to use directx 12 but then it disappeared completely, also I can't use directx 11 anymore (not because it's no longer in the settings) because it's too jerky with absurd drop frames, even putting the performance with everything to minimum (even lowering the 3D resolution to 80%) there are always too many drop frame where this makes it unplayable (I also modified the gameusersetting file, where I removed the shaders that in the normal settings could not be removed and I lowered everything that could be lowered, I also set the resolution to 1300x1080, but also doing all these things hardly changed) where it shoots sometimes along with drop frame.
I also tried removing background apps, terminating any unnecessary processes, activating windows gamemode, using the intel graphics command center, updating drivers, using the intel extreme tuning utility (where then I found out that it couldn't be used because my processor is locked up), then I recently tried to use throttlestop (a program that allows you to "unlock" wattage usage) but that didn't work either because the processor is locked up, I looked for an alternative to nvidia profile inspector but apparently it doesn't exist, I also tried other optimization things that you find in intel or in most of the forums but none of these allowed me to have at least 60 fps (without drop frame) on fortnite.
Oh then apex legends is unplayable (I do less than 30 fps with everything at minimum), where 8 months ago it was playable and I was doing 55-60 fps with everything at minimum.

One more thing is that 2 days ago since I wrote this post (while playing minecraft) the screen went black, the sound of disconnecting a device was heard and windows exploded where the BSOD appeared (I guess the drivers exploded), same thing happened next day but windows didn't crash...
Please do you know any solution to these problems (this forum is my desperate attempt because I've really tried everything), or is the only solution to throw away an 800 euro pc that is less than a year old and buy one with a rtx?

Hello @Toxyrock

Thank you for your patience.

As per our lab results, we were unable to replicate the issue (No black screen, no crashing issues), so our drivers do not seem to cause the issue.

We suggest you check with the game developer.

Ok, but as far as fps is concerned, is there any solution to keep them stable on 60 frames on fortnite? because sometimes even with everything at a minimum they drop .... (especially in ranked and other battle royale modes that are not creative)

Hello, I am experiencing the same problems (starting from the same date) as the owner of the topic. Updating drivers to versions before November/December etc. nothing works. Intel definitely does not fix this problem. This problem happened to ALL users of i51335G7 processor. How do we solve this? My laptop specifications: Intel i51135G7 processor Intel Iris Xe iGPU 256GB SSD 2x8 (16) 3200MHz 22CL Ram
Note: This problem occurs in all games.

Hi, It's been a while since I posted this issue...
6 months ago I still had that samsung laptop with the I5 1135g7, and beside fortnite I didn't have any other Issues...
You are saying that the integrated graphics card of the I5 1135g7 is stuttering in other games?!
Unfortunately this is something that I was expecting to happen, because every time a new driver came out the performance became worse...
I don't know what Intel is doing with the drivers and with their cpu... but I know that is not doing a good job...
Everything is falling apart with Intel and as I said: I was expecting this, so fortunately I had the fortune to switch to AMD (r 5800x and rx 6750 xt), and since then I had completely no Issues...
Im not saying that AMD is the best, because even AMD had problems with their graphic driver but they managed to fix the issues and now AMD gpu's are actually good, but this is something that happened some years ago; Intel has more experience than AMD, but I don't understand why they can't fix they issues as AMD did...
Beside all of this, try debloating windows and optimizing your pc, but as you said is a driver related issue... and this is not something that a customer have to solve, but Intel have to solve this, but they are doing litteraly nothing...
I don't know what they are waiting for, but I think that their customers are not going to wait for Intel...

Hello, yes this problem happens with all games. Since November/December 2022, the performance of my computer has decreased day by day. I will prefer Intel only for their high-end processors (in laptops). The user experience is very bad. The computer doesn't heat up or anything, but it limits itself. Everyone who uses this processor has this problem. It's a chronically problematic processor.
