Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz  INTEL CONTROL PANNEL MISSING, DOESN'T APPEAR IN THE MICROSOFT STORE PLEASE HELP.

It is because Microsoft discontinued the Intel Graphics Control Panel and instead they introduced the Intel Graphics Command Center you can download that here:
